AADF March Newsletter
Recital Costumes have started to arrive. This year we are including an informational handout with your child’s costume that explains how the costume is to be worn, along with the tight & shoe color. When you receive your child’s costume please take it out of the package and hang it in a safe place. Please do not allow your child to wear his or her costume to play.
We have some additional charges that have been added to your March bill:
* This month you will see a $10.00 tights charge. Every studentwill need a new pair of tights for recital.
If your child has morethan one class and is required to have an additional color of tights then you will be charged an additional tights charge of $10.00. Please make sure to include this charge with your March payment.

* In April you will see a $40.00 recital fee added to your bill.
This is required for every student who is participating in the recital on June 11th & 12th. (This fee is the same as last year and it will include a recital t-shirt).
This month we will also start to collect money for Ad sales in our Recital Memory Book. Please check your folder at the studio for more information on this great opportunity to advertise your business and support your child’s love for dance.
We will be taking class pictures for the memory book the week of April 26th - May 1st. Each dancer should wear their costume to dance this week.
Parents Observation Week is coming April 5th-10th.We invite you to come see all of the great things your children have been working on in their classes. Please make arrangements for younger siblings. You are welcome to bring your camera and/or video cameras. Chairs are limited so if you need to sit please bring a portable chair from home. We look forward to seeing you there!!
Please make sure that your calendars are marked for June 11th & 12th. We will be having our recital and dress rehearsal on these days. The recital will be held at Gaither High School.
All students who attend classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be in Show 2 at 7:00 p.m. All students who attend classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday will be in Show 1 at 2:00 p.m. We will start selling tickets, DVDs, roses, etc. in May.
Remember to keep your account current. Please have your tuition payments and any other charges into the AADF office by the 10th of each month to avoid a $20.00 late fee

MEMORIAL DAY May 31st
Please check your folders at AADF for all of our summer dance camp information. We hope that you will join us for one of our camps this summer!! We are offering a discount for early registration for our summer camps.
Calendar of Upcoming events:
March 1st : Begin Ad sales. Summer Dance Camp Registration starts ! Remember to check your folders for these forms.
March 10th : Tuition and tight charges are due in the office.
March 20th: Early Ad Sales end.
April 3rd: All Ad Sales must be in the AADF office to meet printing deadlines.
April 5th-10th : Parents Observation Week
April 10th: Tuition and Recital Fees are due in the office
April 12th-18th : No Dance (Spring Holiday)
April 26th - May 1st: Picture Week. Pictures taken during your child’s regularly scheduled dance class.
May 3rd: We will start registering for the 2010-2011 Dance Year (We will be offering a special rate for all students who take advantage of early registration this year!!)
